Payment 

Mermelada Estudio have one regular payment method:
- Payment made by credit card though this website.
Mermelada Estudio reserves the right to retain the due orders to the client if there is an irregularity with payments and/or commercial obligations with Mermelada Estudio. This type of irregularity penalises the client, obliging them to make a payment equivalent to the invoice issued, together with bank refund costs and 3% more in administration costs.
The products ordered by the client belong to Mermelada Estudio in the case that the totality of the payment for the order has not been done.

Receipt of Order Confirmation

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@mermeladaestudio.es, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Prices

Prices include VAT and the transport is just included for final customers from Europe. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. If you are triying to make an order from another country out of Europe, please contact info@mermeladaestudio.es and explain your needs. 
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Availability and Delivery

All our products are hand made one by one; we do not have them in stock.
We aim to despatch them within between 4 to 6 weeks* from the order.
In case your items have different Expected Delivery dates we will reserve your items and only despatch the order when every item is in stock.
Mermelada Estudio will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery of products due to causes out of the control of Mermelada Estudio.
The deliveries can be partial or total depending on the interests of Mermelada Estudio.
Any Transports extras such as cranes, etc will be paid by the client or customer.
Any claim for damage or imperfections in the transport or handling of the products should be made in the presence of the haulage contractor.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know within 48 hours after placing the order by contacting info@mermeladaestudio.es or 0034 934328202. We will then be able to offer you a full refund including the cost of delivery as long as the products have not been despatched.

Faulty / Damaged product

If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact info@mermeladaestudio.es or 0034 934328202 within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. You should collect and return the product to the given address. Returns shipping is the liability of the purchaser. Shipping/ delivery dispenses will not be refunded. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.

 

Warranty and Others

We consider Mermelada Estudio items as art pieces. All the products are hand made items, produced one by one. Every piece is unique and different.

This guarantee does not include damage caused by inappropriate use, accidents, neglect, transport damage, or ageing and normal wear and tear. The correct selection of the product for each specified use is the responsibility of the buyer.

Mermelada Estudio takes no responsibility for commercial losses or any consequences in damages that can result from any defects in products, loss or delay. It is understood that when an order is agreed with Mermelada Estudio its terms and conditions are being accepted in this contract.

Mermelada Estudio takes no responsibility for imperfections caused in the products by inappropriate use.

Liability disclaimer

Mermelada Editions has total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Mermelada Estudio to the customer. Mermelada Estudio shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon EDITIIO, Mermelada Estudio by statute. Mermelada Estudio cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue.
